TSP® Monitoring
-
The TSP® Monitor displays simple current operational status information of a number of TSP®s on one screen,
enabling users to identify by the tool ID of each equipment connected to each TSP®, and if you double-click
the tool ID, you can view the details of the current operating status of the relevant TSP®
1. The operational status information of a number of TSP®s can be displayed on one screen
(displays 310 units: based on resolution 1920 x 1080)
2. Marked as tool ID for easy user identification and management
3. Displaying colors by TSP® status (easy to check for abnormalities)
● Green: Normal operation
● Yellow: Fault Occurrence
● Red: Disconnected
4. Double-click the Tool ID to view details of the current state of the TSP® related to the equipment
